The Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment (MSE) and Singapore Food Agency (SFA) are pleased to welcome delegates from ASEAN Member States and partners to Singapore for the 48th Meeting of the ASEAN Ministers on Agriculture and Forestry (AMAF), the 26th Meeting of the ASEAN Ministers on Agriculture and Forestry (AMAF) Plus Three, and its related meetings.
The theme for the 48th AMAF is “Rooted in Partnerships, Growing Our Resilience”. It reflects the centrality of ASEAN cooperation and our commitment to strengthen food security, advance sustainable agriculture, and foster regional cooperation to successfully navigate an increasingly complex global environment. The meetings provide an opportunity to exchange perspectives, deepen partnerships and chart a collective path for the region to collaborate on key issues, including the development of adaptive and climate-resilient food systems.
As 2026 marks Singapore’s Year of Climate Adaptation (YOCA), the 48th AMAF highlights the importance of strengthening resilience to climate change, including food resilience. The Singapore Food Story 2 (SFS2) supports this through four pillars: Diversify Imports, Global Partnerships, Stockpile and Grow Local, to strengthen Singapore’s ability to respond flexibly to food supply disruptions and safeguard our essential food needs.
MSE and SFA look forward to welcoming delegates to Singapore for active and meaningful discussions.
Please complete your registration through this portal (proceed to “REGISTRATION“) by 2 October 2026.
This lunch event is by invitation only, extended to AMAF leaders and designated guests.
